Sacred Tide is a dream coming to fruition. I am a fierce momma of a tribe of wild, island kids. I am a fifth generation island kid myself. We are blessed to know this life by the sea.

Qualifications

Kelly Merrill – owner

Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) since 2023.

RYT 500 for a decade, with additional Yin, Restorative, Meditation & Pranayama Training. I have studied and completed trainings with Travis Eliot, Lauren Eckstrom, Alex Amorosi, and Suzanne Imbruno Cobb.

Certified Reiki Practitioner

BA in Psychology

Folk Herbalist - with years of training alongside Lauren Pignatello of Swallowtail Farm & Creamery, and Ray Reitze. I have also attended a full Maine Herbal series with some incredible herbalists (Mary Bove, 7 Song, Maria Noel Groves, Arthur Haines & more). I am honored to have all of these incredible teachers on my path.

Oh, and in my free time……during the warmer months, I carry on my heritage and haul lobster traps with my kids. A lifestyle that includes Yoga is what keeps me going. I am passionate about all of the healing modalities that I offer. My approach is a whole person approach, taking into account emotional, physical, and spiritual well being. Yoga, Massage and the Herbal world all blend well together, and in my practice, you cant have one without the other. I strive to hold a warm, safe space for healing no matter which service you see me for.
